The Heavenly Torch (Flashlight)

The Heavenly Torch (flashlight)

I was having a conversation with God on the night of November 8, 2013 and He showed me a torch (flashlight). Then He showed me an awesome illustration on how He brings His light to the world where there is darkness.

He said, “I am the owner of the torch, My Son is the battery, the Holy Spirit is the light and my children the torch.”

Breakdown:

1. Owner of the Torch, God
2. The Battery, Christ
3. Light, Holy Spirit
4. Torch, Us/Children of God

Torch (flashlight) shining in darkness

God is a territorial God and this is how He brings glory to territory filled with darkness:

  • The owner of the torch, God, finds territory where there is darkness, pushes the “on switch”
  • The battery (Christ)  releases energy (supernatural power)  which is found in the torch (us), Christ the hope of glory releases the  power with in us and the torch  gives light
  • The light focuses and gives direction which is the Holy Spirit
  • This transmission of power is released by FAITH.
  • Fear keeps the transmission of power dormant
  ·
As Children of God we should not succumb to fear because God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind, according to His word. (2 Timothy 1:7)

The bible says, “… Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” – 1 John 4:4

After this brilliant illustration, I was amazed by the wisdom of God. May He always be magnified!

A NEW SONG

On Thursday, November 14, 2013, early morning, I heard a sound of a flute. There was complete silence during that time and the flute was so clear, everyone around me in the vicinity was asleep and the flute tunes rested in the air. I sought more revelation for this sound from the Lord.

A New Song
On Thursday evening as I am communing with God with other wonderful people, I hear our Father say, “This is a time of a new song. “We have been setting the stage and now we are dancing to a new tune. Just like a tribe of people that relates to a particular song, during a particular season and dances to it. For example a tribe has a song for harvest and dances to it, when crops are ready for harvest

We are of the tribe of the Heavenly Father and we are dancing to a song of victory. When we wake up, we rise to this new song with joy, because He has turned our mourning into dancing.

Hear the sweet tunes of the song, and let the tunes resonate in your heart as He brings peace to your situation, and ushers you in to a resounding victory NOW. Victory in Jesus Name!

Glory Trail

On November 7, 2013 I was communing with our Father and He showed me a vision of a trail. In this trail our Father went and put a yellow mark from the beginning to the end. He literally drew this mark with something like chalk. He called it the Glory Trail.

Follow Our Father's Glory Trail
God knows the beginning and the end. As we follow the trail He has marked for us, by being led by the Spirit, we live a glorious life.

At the end of the trail is our loving Father waiting for us, ready to receive us in open arms.

The Father receives His child with a warm embrace, saying, “Well done child, you have completed my Glory Trail.

He drew that yellow mark and ended it at a certain point.  When we follow the yellow mark, Glory Trail, till the end we fulfill our God given destiny.

God goes before us makes the trail and ensures all crooked places are made straight, therefore in the trail we have His grace, favor and protection through out the journey.

"Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. " Psalm 139:16

God has written a book about our life, and He knows every page of that book. As children of God when we acknowledge Him, give precedence to His thoughts, He directs our paths.

Hearing the Father's Voice

As a child of God it is vital to be led by His Spirit, thus, it is essential to learn how to hear His voice. Our Father gave me a revelation about supernatural hearing. It was an illustrative vision.

Our heart is precious to God, that is why He says in Proverbs 4:23, "...Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." The illustration God gave was the use of the heart.

This is what our Father showed me illustratively, "Get your heart and place it in a pool of still water. In the water there will be no distractions and the heart will be able to hear from Me." This is how to hear spiritually because God is a Spirit. Take the heart out of the water and it is difficult to hear. Just like when we swim and enter water in a busy city there is quietness in the water, come out of the water and there is cacophony of sound from traffic, people etc

Hearing the Father's voice by Pamorama Jones
Guard your heart from the distractions and noise of life, place it in the still waters (the Holy Spirit) to hear from God. We hear very well from God when we are still and fully immersed in His Spirit, the key to be fully immersed in His Spirit is to build an intimate relationship with our Father so that we learn His voice and know it precisely. (read about the beginning of my journey to an intimate relationship)

God's instruction manual for life, the Bible, says, "He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger’s voice.”

We should strive for deeper depths in God to discern His voice from the adversary's voice. A child knows his earthly father's voice because the child knows his earthly father intimately. As children of God we should commune with our Father intimately and know His precious voice. God is all knowing and we need to hear His instruction everyday to walk in destiny and purpose.

In the menu for intimacy with God, consumption is good, but hunger is vital.
